  • You are definitely on the final stretch now - and that in itself is an incentive to keep pushing forwards of course. Great stuff!

    Thanks @sunshine_raincloud and @EssexHebridean

Quick update from me.  Monthly DD of  £69 made today to Sainsburys CC, plus £5.25 cashout from Prolific and a small amount of save the change - split £5 extra payment to Sainsburys and £1.31 to Lloyds CC.  Also I have closed off my weekly mini cash budget and although I spent over the grocery budget :disappointed:
, I did have £13.40 left from my Fuel cash envelope.
I have stuffed £10 to my EF which is now sitting at £400 and £3.40 to the penny challenge. New mini cash budget starts again tomorrow, no further spends today hence closed last weeks early.

Thanks to @LittleMissDetermined, I have rebooked my gas smart meter as BG cancelled a while ago and LMD post reminded me to rebook.  All booked for next week providing we can call on our neighbours for a favour to use their garage for the day as we need to move several of Hubbys motorbikes out of the garage so BG can access the boiler.

    Thats about all for now

  • Once again @shell16 you are doing so very brilliantly! Amazing how you have just got into the 4's and by November you will be in the 3's! The end of that loan term is edging closer and closer so I bet you cannot wait to divert it all and turn it into a snowball!

I really hope your little one is feeling better @shell16 and the finger swelling goes down quickly. My local hospital used to be £2.50 for the first hour for parking then £2 thereafter, and it was always the looooongest wait to get into the car park, sometimes a good 40-60 minutes. That was mainly because the surrounding pay and display bays were £3.85 an hour with a maximum 4 hours and the car park had no time limit. They've now done away with a public car park, so you have no choice but to park on the road or get the bus etc.

Sounds like your PADding has really helped with your debt free date as well as the snowballing, it will be really an amazing feeling when you get there.x
