Because the DVLA released your data to a private parking company when the vehicle was parked on a council adopted public road , a GDPR DPA breach , caused by a false declaration buy PPS , PPS had no reasonable cause , or authority
Imagine if this happened to all vehicles parked on public roads !! DPA issues galore private parking companies are not allowed to do this , just as I am not !!
Their data protection officer or department should be notified of the breach2
