Broadband Genie - NOT HAPPY

I've been a subscriber to MSE for years and have recommended it to many friends, but now I feel let down by the recent recommedation to use Broadband Genie when switching my supplier.
I was a happy with my current suppliers service, Virgin Media, but the bills were just too high and I didn't need the 100Mb service despite their recommendation that I did based on usage. I'd been looking to switch away from their bundled package as we didn't need the TV so when last weeks MSE email came through with the offer from Broadband Genie of £110 Amazon voucher I decided to give it a go and signed a deal with Vodafone.
Once I'd used the link from the email BG sent me and put in my Vodafone contract details BG's site said wait for the email from them. This arrived today and said they had no record of me using their site to access Vodafone and that they would try to confirm this with Vodafone.
"We must then rely on Vodafone to confirm the sale is valid and attributed to Broadband Genie before we can honour the voucher.

On average this takes 75 days to resolve once a query has been raised. However, this may take longer dependent on Vodafone.
We will be in touch if there are any issues, otherwise, your voucher will arrive automatically."
Come on MSE sort this out or STOP recommending these sites as I can see this is of concern to many other MSE followers.

Vodafone Broadband - deals made using Broadband Genie linksIt seems there are many folk who believe they are entitled to a voucher aftersigning up with Vodafone but never get the touted voucher. After signing up with Vodafone using the Broadband Genie link and completingthe deal you get a summary of what you have contracted for. There is no mention on this summary of any voucher. What are other users experiences when doing a vodafone deal through thislink- does anyone ever get this voucher? If not what are the routes for complaining?0
