Loft conversion

Hi all I’m looking to do a loft conversion in my mid terraced house the space is more than big enough to fit it in, I’ve had a couple of quotes all about £28000. I was wondering if anyone on here has had a conversion done in a terraced house and does this price sound fair? And also how they financed there project.

You'd be better off asking in the Home/DIY section, which even has a subsection on checking quotes, rather than the Loans area0
