Bw legal /premier parking solutions

I have just received a letter from bw legal saying I owe 160 pound for a parking charge notice I'm in shock as this is the 1st we know about this 
It is for parking on sunny corner mevagissey car park.
Worried now as don't know what to do any advice would be great

It's from July 2nd 2021
But we paid the parking fee and never received the 1st letter of the parking company

Have you found the NEWBIE sticky and read the advice contained therein?  If you did not receive a PCN (windscreen or by post) complain to the ATA, which for Premier Parking Solutions is IPC that the PPC went straight to debt collectors without issuing a PCN.  All acronyms will be found in the NEWBIE guide.
