Defect for late postage

Been waiting over 9 days for some small items that would fit in an A6 small jiffy bag or small card backed envelope.

Seller replied they have several reports of slow postage and that there are delays, 4 other lots of similar items from various

sellers all arrived within 4 days so who knows whats happening with the post.  We are getting days with zero post and then
batches that are larger than normal.

As a seller I have my first INR open, item was sent on the 4th December. Luckily buyer is being brilliant , he’s a seller himself and admits he has stuff taking weeks to arrive as well as several days a week where he gets no inward post. He has said he’s happy to wait until the last minute before getting a refund, so I’m just keeping an eye on the dates.
