The OP has already been asked twice if (1) they are sure that they sent the requested information to the correct address (abroad) and (2) if they are sure the uncle actually received the information, but I don't think they've answered those questions yet?
Although if it's got as far as the uncle's solicitors getting a court order, I find it a bit difficult to believe that it could not have been ascertained before it reached that stage whether or not the information had been sent and whether it had been recived or not. Seems a bit of a sledgehammer if it's simply a question of something going astray...0 -
Hi, I did send the requested information but it was sent to his email address, the one he uses to email his solicitor. He replied yesterday to my email saying to wait for instruction from his solicitor, then forwarded this to to them so I know it's correct email address.Anyway, I have spoken to our solicitor today, we are handing over all the paperwork to instruct him to act on on mum's behalf. Legal fees are to be taken from the proceeds of my late uncles estate. I am not the executer so maybe they can just ignore anything I have said or sent them. I will let you know how things turn out. Thanks again for the replies.0

Emails that say 'please send your bank details' are the sort of thing that spam filters catch - sometimes without even going into a junk folder. I have had a number of random emails swallowed by the system.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
