Virgin Mobile - Called Failed Message
Hi all,
I have started getting a call failed message when I'm trying to dial out on my iPhone 11. I can text, receive calls and browse the web without any problem.
I've tried calling on 3G/4G WiFi & WiFi calling and its exactly the same no matter who in my phone book i attempt to call. I've even tried my sim in my partners Samsung s9 and its the same and her sim works fine in my phone so its defiantly a sim / account issue.
I've spoken to Virgin a few times but no one seems to be able to figure out whats gone on.
Has any one experience this same issue and if so how was it resolved??

Ask for a new sim .

Another tip I once got from Orange 2nd line tech (many many years ago) is to do manual network selection & select a network that will reject you (e.g. 3 in this case). I don't think it will work, but I'm guessing you are going mad & it is a 30 second task.Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers :eek: )!0
