eBay holding funds

Hi there, I’m a business seller on eBay and they have had my money on hold for 28 days now due to what they say is a back log in updating other people’s bank accounts and mine also. 
I have been in touch with them numerous times by phone call and online chat to be told conflicting information. I have sent my bank details to them as requested twice and they have said there is no problem and my situation has been prioritised, only to be told a week later that they don’t have my details and my situation has not been prioritised, all the while I continue to sell and they continue to hold my money. I have been in contact again today and have been told the information required by them is up to date and I have been prioritised, just like twice before. Hours of phone calls and sat waiting for online chat responses to be run around in circles while trying to run a small business. 
I have contacted the citizens advice this morning and they advised that I send a written letter to eBay, a template by them. I’m very cautious about doing this as I know of other eBay traders who have had there long lasting, customer trusted eBay accounts closed without explanation. 

I would be interested to hear if anyone else is having similar problems.
