    Wow big decision but good on you to stand by the others and fight. Hopefully it wont impact your timeline too as the solicitors should be doing most of the leg work. Courts are so booked up so that will buy you quite a bit of time. 

    Good luck with the the job hunting hope you find the right fit soon. As you said all you need is the 3 months to get the mortgage.
