I tested the Shark one this summer, I loved the speed of it and convenience but didn’t notice the cooling eye pad thing as a bonus. I’m back to my old one now with NIRSealed pot challenge 822

Grocery - XMAS
Grocery £74.51 + £26 Xmas food + £7.20 junk
Had an EMS session this Sunday morning so HAD to leave the house despite the rain/wind. Then popped to Morries after and used £15 of my £25 free vouchers towards Xmas food shopping and what I am cooking in London ahead of Xmas.
Vinted =TT
decided the only way to get excited by Vinted is to use all monies made and pop straight into my TT cash isa. Hopefully got £3.50 coming and posting a £5 thing today. (IF i can find it, put it somewhere safe ... unless I added it to my CS haul drop last week.
May pop a couple bits extra up ... ahead of Xmas ... as who knows if I will be trying to move down into a one bead in the new year,
XMAS shopping - not started it ..
I may need to see the few bits I have collated over the year before starting . YNAB had me really pull my spending this year in inc on gifts for myself and others, so less things waiting to be gifted this year
Baby CRYPTO watch £247.60 now so up another 10% increase on my holdings in 6 days -
Total invested £145..
Leaving it be - Bitcoin went over £100k - I have 20% in BTC -
I do have £33 (2.2% of my Nov MB/Casino/sportstrading winnings) in my 'add to Crypto' category - I will do in 1/3rds I think - some people expecting some dips as people take profits. I don't even try to time that markets I do understand beyond a few long term macro economic views eg I have been under investing in UK since Brexit so not gonna start trying to time Crypto where I am still learning.

I started reacting to lactose a few weeks ago much to my horror ! It’s bloody bad enough being coeliac without adding that to it. So off I went down lots of rabbit holes and I bought lactase tablets off Amazon - amazing - I can eat / drink milk / cheese again. I’m still going to use lactose free milk and cheese at home but out - whoo hoo !Sealed pot challenge 822

@dawnybabes Oh I might try some... I love cheese, I dont miss milk or choc that much but ice-cream and cheese.... what make did you buy?
My Ynab figures tell me (from Dec 23 - my 1st full month of YNAB) to end Nov 24
Total spend on food - excluding bday /family meals out (and does not include households items, alcohol or where I bought xmas food for others)
£2919.88 in 12 months so £243.32 avg per month
This is just me though I did feed/ cook a fair amount for 5 months or so for the guy I dated earlier on the year (who was not a PPH - just we were definitely not right for each other - slight PPH behaviour at the end 🤔 though )
Groceries £1520.94
Bulk £129.50
Food out/snacks £150.16
Junk- sweets /crisps £177.31
Takeaway/meal boxes £150.16 (only do when there is an offer)
Abroad food inc meals out (i do travel abroad for work and this is where work doesnt cover £280.65 + £266.76 + £243.74 (separate trips)
First time I can do this exactness - always wanted to know exact numbers easily on my spends and the YNAB is next level for it - my voluntary spending has really gone down this 12 months and savings up, despite earning less (and delayed invoice payments)
Jewellery advent calendar idea @PennysIntoPounds I am very inspired by PIP's advent calendar idea where they suggest you shop from home and wear unworn jewellery each day.. I often wear the same things ..
(still havent found the vinted necklace I hae 'sold ' to post ....
So I am planning some wild jewellery moments these next few weeks ...all inspired by PIP - if anyone sees IN London someone dressed up like a xmas tree do stop me and say hello.
SIPP - added £100 to it (Have some more in waiting) all from my MB winnings.
I won on a 2up yesterday on Spurs (that may make sense to some of you) - basically where a team goes 2 goals up then you get paid even if it then draws or wins. (Spurs went 2 0 then lost eventually 3 4 ) but at 2 2 I got out
This week
get paid invoices from 2 companies
get paperwork on 3rd moving forward
Sort out the new rent /affordability to my satisfaction
get a new job - so 10 cvs out a day minimum
Tidy flat ahead of new agent meeting Tuesday (whilst magically making the second room look smaller )
deal with summer side hustle paperwork
start Xmas shopping
cook for a Wed Cmas bash

Monday eve class is finally making sense, I have dived straight into intermediate coding here but can see me catching up
I havent done my home study for a week plus between Monday interm software and Thurs database software classes - I can really see how my understanding has grown.
Plus more fun to then go back to the basics as I can fully see why they relevant. Ai means you really dont need to code that well but knowing what/where/how to code - thats the challenge
Had the new mging agents this morning - went as well as poss and all the chanting paid off - I was very polite and even offered them all a cup of tea/coffee.. The guy confided in me it was very difficult - and said he thought I was in a smaller 2 bed so hopefully less of a raise...
Yet to get thru the affordability etc... ( and Nope despite chasing neither 2 clients have paid) - the main one text today he seeing what he can do (!) .. This is how small businesses go broke... I have savings luckily.
@PennysIntoPounds advent jewellery has me today wearing my not Princess Di sapphire/diamond (!) ring - last worn probably 27 years ago its a v shape (wishbone apparently) , 18 ct white gold with diamonds and sapphires in - its wildly sparkly. Just looked online mind you and seen one v similar but smaller than mine for £725 (!)
I rarely go elegant with jewellery however I did wear my Di -ring along with some drop 18ct gold and onyx earrings - also from my DGP. (again google suggests I have been sleeping on them value wise). However both (with a bracelet) was a 21st present to me so I would not sell them.. The earrings really looked classy.DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

I hope the feedback goes ok with management company but sounds promising.
Loving the sound of the advent jewellery, I need to find a pair of earrings that I love. They weren’t expensive but I miss them!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Pips advent had me thinking about my 21st jewellery. Its a ring though so not the most practical for wearing work wise but like you, wouldn’t sell for sentimental reasons. I did consider having it changed into earrings though4
