    That might be a bit too extreme for a diet plan, LaPlan - explains the clothes fitting better though 😘!

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £230,969
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

  • Hello, reading your low carb stuff with great interest. Am I right in thinking you have a Panas0nic bread maker for making GF stuff? Do you recommend it? And any particular recipe? I buy the shop stuff but it's all fairly nasty.
