Sky account not on credit files?

Hi.
I recently got into some bother with sky (had a debt with them dating back around 2 years ago).
the account still shows a balance when I log into it, but it’s not on my credit file at all but it did used to be, my details are up to date there, number, address etc, but have received no form of contact from them.
I once spoke to them and asked for my CRA (I think it’s called?), they were very hesitant to give me this, and never replied to the email or phone calls.
does this mean they are no longer chasing the debt?

No.
Typically if a debt was showing on your credit files and it vanishes, it's because it's been sold and it'll return under the name of the new owner. Is it not showing under your closed files?
And which product was this because I've had Sky TV for 3 years and it's never been reported to the CRAs and research suggest broadband doesn't either,0 -

I had Sky since around the year 2000 - recently cancelled it - it was never on any of my credit files. Maybe as I joined a long time ago - but are you sure it was on there to start with?0

Either the debt has been sold or it's a glitch.0 -
