Where to get Shares ISA Providers Performance

I think DunstonH has me correctly defines - inexperienced, not interested one little bit in playing with shares, But want a reasonable return on my investments and realise that this will not be the optimum but from my perspective it is better than sticking the money into a cash ISA et al and watch it constantly eroded against inflation. Thank you all again for the advice and reading Grumiofoundation input there does not seem from my perspective that much difference between most of the managed portfolios with the risk ratio I will be looking at, I may gain ~3% from one to the other but against that there are the platform fees to consider etc.0
