Now that PPL have all the information I would expect it to take a couple of weeks to pass this over to your solicitor; this has been our experience anyway. There is still work to be done by the conveyancer in between receiving the information from the seller and passing it to you.We have used PPL several times and they have been very quick, which should reassure you.0

So tiny update - it transpires that the PPL case handler has been changed 3 times in the last couple of weeks. Our vendor finally got an email back yesterday (sent on Monday) telling him that the protocol pack was sent to my solicitors on the 6th August. The last time he asked, they told him it was sent on 16th July, which was obviously not the case. There is certainly no sign of it being received at this end, so yet another week has passed and still nothing has happened. Vendor has made a formal complaint and is now considering the options.
It is looking like our chain will collapse by the end of today as the buyers further down the line are getting increasingly impatient.0
