Any way to find eBay buyer's contact details?

I have just sold a couple of items on eBay weighing 3kg and 4kg. For items over 2kg, Royal Mail is uneconomic and I've aways used Collect+, which I've found very good. This is the first time I have used Collect+ since it became Yodel, and on attempting to fill in the form I find it needs the recipients email and mobile number. I cannot find any way of getting these from eBay - with Managed Payments I don't even see a buyer's PayPal email.
I've messaged the buyers asking for their details, but I'm not even sure eBay will allow the info. through the system.
Is there a way round this?

Both buyers are on the ball, and have responded with no problem through eBay, so panic over, but question still stands.

I haven’t found any recent way of getting a buyers email and phone number through ebay. The last time I had this issue with a company not letting me complete the form without inputting something, I put my own details in again on the basis that if there was an issue they would at least be contacting me!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You can get phone number from the order page.Go to My Ebay - All Orders - Click on the string of numbers under Order Details column.Should take you to a new page where you can see the buyer details as well as phone number.Unfortunately the email address is not showed anymore in this section as it used to be a while ago.1

I think only the mobile number is compulsory on the YodelDirect form. The email box is grey, but the phone is red until you complete it.

Go to customers order, click on down arrow on left hand side and then "view order details" phone number should be at bottom of delivery details.0

No phone number on "View Order Details" and "Contact buyer" just goes to my eBay Messages inbox.
Will just have to message the seller for anything I send by Yodel/Collect+ to get the number. Collect+ was much easier before.

@Steve348 do you use the ebay app at all? If not please download it for this purpose.
within the app go to selling then open the order details page of the relevant buyer. You should be able to see all their details including contact number in there.
I have a private account and can see all my buyer's phone numbers and have never specifically requested it.
btw i can only see this info on the ebay app and not on the full web version

I've not sold anything since Managed Payments came in. Previously when I've needed a buyer's tel no / email etc. I've messaged requesting said info using eBay's message system......... Are people saying that you can't contact buyers using the eBay messaging any longer?0
