My understandingt of that first sign is that, if you are not a MacDonnalds customer, you can stay as long as you like, read this,

    https://uk.practicallaw.thomsonreuters.com/4-383-2653?transitionType=Default&contextData=(sc.Default)&firstPage=true.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Also, 8 feet is much taller than the average height of an adult in the UK (from a Google search: UK men average 5 feet 9 inches in height and UK women average 5 feet 3 inches in height).

Where have you actually refuted the claimant's claims?  If you are using the standard defence template it is usually paragraph #3.

The claim is being refuted rom paragraphs 16 onwards.
I just noticed the files didn't upload in the order I intended and pages are mixed up a bit. I'll try and upload it again so the pages are in the correct order.

    Hi guys,

My defence is shown below and I'll appreciate some feedback. I've deleted the first draft I posted, as they turned out not to be in the correct order.

This should now be in the correct order. Thanks

It really needs to be near the beginning so that the judge sees the important arguments first.

Your spellcheck is set to US because it’s changed the noun ‘licence’ to the verb (or USA spelling) ‘license’.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I'll amend accordingly. Thanks
