Where have you actually refuted the claimant's claims?  If you are using the standard defence template it is usually paragraph #3.

The claim is being refuted rom paragraphs 16 onwards.
I just noticed the files didn't upload in the order I intended and pages are mixed up a bit. I'll try and upload it again so the pages are in the correct order.
