Mobile issue

hi for the past 2 years i have been backwards and forwards with my mobile company with issues with a handset. It sounds to everyone that is called on it that you are speaking a mile away from the speaker making calls extremely difficult! We have sent it to apple repair, the the mobile companies repair centre, to apple shop, we have had the handset replaced sim card replaced etc etc. We get asked to do various tests on it and they would call us to find the results and for the second time the drop us and dont brother calling us anymore. I have made a complaint and spoke to someone who said i do you want to fix this basically saying to leave??  Im i being abs cross for no reason!!

Replaced handset and sim card .Hardly likely to be phone or sim if replaced .

Is this problem only in one location .

Wouldn't be that iPhone model that has an issue where holding it in the wrong position causes it to lose signal?

Do you have WiFi and a friend who also has iPhone. If so then call them on FaceTime audio as that will bypass your mobile network. The quality of FaceTime audio is excellent and that would give you a good comparison for the friend on how clear your voice is.

Using a case on the phone can cause this problem.
