Apple APP Scam
I received an email from Apple today stating an APP had taken a payment. There was NO NOTICE given! I cancelled the APP immediately, I contacted Apple immediately, I contacted my credit card immediately. I then contacted Apple support. They said there would be an 'automated' response. I asked to speak to a human being who could refund the money. They cut me off and gave me a survey to complete! Surely there is a law that requires a company to notify the account holder prior to the charge being taken, NOT EMAILING AFTER THE CHARGE HAS BEEN MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPLE ARE SUPPORTING THIS SCAM!
