No payments but my pending transaction of the max £500 withdrawal vanished today so I’m hoping it returns to me, I’ve requested another in the mean time. Not sure what’s gone on but now I have renewed hope I’ll get my deposits back.

PlayatHarrys red lion casino and slotsnbets have stole far too much from me and I’m preying for help

Hi all, I have been following this thread with interest having found it the same way most people did - googling refunds from my bank, which linked to casino transactions in December. The amounts I received match my deposits - minus the exchange rate.
I do wonder how many people this has effected as we are just a small minority sharing our experiences on here. I, like a lot of people keep my gambling ( and losses) hidden. I joined gamstop too- designed to help us. My inability to control my addiction led to googling sites not on Gamstop and there you go, there are sites aimed specifically at us, with lists of all these dodgy sites. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!  I signed up to all of them. The time a did win a decent amount they would not let me withdraw despite going through all the sending ID in. They said it was linked to a bonus- being a regular gambler I know all about wagering requirements. I knew I had played through the wager. I never got the money back and regambled it. some sites keep the money in the balance whilst you have asked for a withdrawal- temptation indeed.
The bonuses offered and requirements make winning impossible. There is a fine line of it being my fault for accepting this and still gambling because of my addiction . These sites and sister sites bombarded me with emails and phone calls. Even when I said I wanted to self exclude sister sites where able to hound me and offer bonuses. As I say I used so many sites I cannot remember them all, I looked through my emails and reallised I used ones I didn't know. All I do recall is that my addiction helped me find any site that would take my money.
I never expected to get any money back. I am ashamed of the money I have lost and take responsibility. I do know my gambling started when I had just had a baby and was lonely. The sites at that time enticed me in with their chat room all friends attitude.

If we together are able to help other people stop using these sites it would be amazing. Are gamstop and the uk gambling commision aware of these sites....surely they are as they advertise themselves specifically. I don't think I necessarily have a case on my own.

Thankyou for reading my essay, I just wanted to share my experince and see if others identify.

    100% not a hacker 😂

I can't even locate my contacts in my phone book at the best of times.

This is all genuine refunds they should never ever of took.

Joined an online casino 01/08/2021 called playatharrys.com, made 9 deposits in total totalling £1300 over 2 days , went on to win £1900 (the money is still sitting in the account). Tried emailing them and withdrawing the money only to get no response, loaded up my online banking when i noticed the exact amounts were taken for companies in northern ireland, mexico so i decided to look at reviews on the company to find its blacklisted everywhere and that there is no contact details other than an email address which never responds. Everywhere states no withdrawals ever leave the account and thats its fraudulent, its doesnt have a gaming licence. I have sent 10/15 emails no response, i dont even care about the winnings i just want my deposits back as they have been taken without the possibility of ever having the money back or a fair chance of being able to have my money back if a bet wins. I have contacted my bank awaiting a call back regarding fraud.i have screen shotted the account transactions and the current balance because i read they block your account when you start questioning where the withdrawals are and that would leave me without proof they existed. I had no idea this was a fraudulent company when opening an account nor did i realise it had no legitimate gaming licence. To summarise i have £1900 locked in an account where i deposited £1300 only after this did it become apparent theres no way possible of ever withdrawing this. I hope i can get my deposits back if not the winnings as i have been fraudulently conned into depositing into a company who have no intention of ever fulfilling the withdrawal requests.

Has anyone recently received any of their winnings back if not winnings just the deposited amount? has anyones bank reimbursed the deposits? If so what lead times are on the withdrawals?

I have to admit, until we hear anything from these people I'm unsure whether it's winnings, but going off previous comments, it looks like deposits at the moment
    I put about
     £6000 into red lion casino
£1300 (won £1900)PlayatHarrys(which is still there)
    £1200 slotsnbets

all the same company if your helping people please help me

Did you get money back you deposited and lost or was the money they stole from your betting account?

I contacted the UKGC about my experiences with these sites and in all honesty, they really were not that helpful. They advised they would record and keep the information I provided but because the casinos are not licensed and operating outside of UK jurisdiction, they could not and would not do anything.
They are con artists pure and simple and are praying on vulnerable people like us who cannot play on legitimate UKGC licensed sites because we put ourselves on GamStop.

    Hello all,
    I too have received a refund from Rumito.cz for the value of 1000euros. This was a transaction that matches to a December payment to central finance. I, like others, am registered on Gamstop and have used overseas online casinos, to name a couple that I can remember (I haven’t gambled for 8 months and deleted all traces of any emails and unsubscribed to them all);
    Gale Martin
    Fortune Clock
My deposits prob totalled around £7000 (hang head in shame) across numerous sites.
Can anyone tell me if they have had refunds come through that don’t match with credit finance? Would be good to know if it’s a particular site that is issuing refunds or just ones that were processed through credit finance.
