Virgin mobile ringing Republic of Ireland

Hi,
I have the oomph virgin bundle which gives me virgin mobile as well.
I live in Northern Ireland and need to ring the Republic of Ireland - is this included in my monthly allowance?
I can find lots of lovely information about calls, data and texts coming out of my allowance when I am in ROI but nothing about ringing a ROI number whilst in the UK.
Anyone have any experience of this?

I'd say it's pretty certain to be an international call, which for EU and RoI costs 19p/min.

If you have good Vodafone signal you could switch to Lebara, which includes RoI in its plans' international calls allowances.

Or just use one of the many cheap overseas call services.
