Evening all, is anyone with the above energy company? My fixed rate is up at the end of the month and found this company to be miles cheaper than any other quote but not sure if they are real haha.

There are a couple of forum users who have recently switched to Logicor - @SPOWER and @rags58 - and they are keeping us updated wtih progress. I suspect one or the other will spot this thread and give a comment.

    Welcome a

Thank you for choosing Logicor Energy as your dependable partner looking after your energy needs. Your account has been successfully created.

    Your customer account number is:
    xxxxxxxx

I joined on 30/7/21 and received the above email with a customer account number. I was also quoted the 15p s/c and 15p unit rate. I picked a September start date as I am a former GNE customer who moved to EDF. I haven't received any other correspondence from them and a check online did not produce any info on them other than their web-site. I will give them a few weeks before contacting them....like you i'm wondering if they are still trading.
Will give an update if I get an update
  • According to the accounts lodged with Companies House, there were liabilities of £1.04M. Total company employees = 0. Make of that what you will.

I mean what other updates are you expecting right now if you've asked to be switched in a months time? Perhaps they'll swing into action about 2 weeks before your switch?

Hi all, received a phone call to set my account up today and confirm my switch date. Seemed really professional and helpful, 2 minutes after the phone call had an email with my contract so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.

I've signed up to join Logicor on their Advance time-of-use tariff. Much like rags58 I've asked to switch in late September, around 7 weeks from now. I've received the same "Welcome" email but dont expect to hear more than that for a while!

Are you guaranteed that the tariff will still be current on the day you switch?

I't the one I've asked for, and the one that was offered when I signed up, but I've had no tariff details in writing from Logicor yet so only time will tell ...

Okay little update, my switch was due to take place today. I received an e-mail from Shell my current provider stating the switch has been completed but I’ve not received any info from Logicor on where and who I submit a meter read to which seems strange. I will be giving them a call tomorrow but fingers crossed it has all gone smoothly.

Thanks for the update. It's still a while until my switch but I've had the "We're sorry to lose you" emails from EDF, so I assume everything will happen in the background.
