Hello, I’m trying to find some advice regards Debt Recovery Plus. I have read the newbies post but it isn’t straight forward to read. I’ve got myself into a situation as I hadn’t updated my log book and debt recovery plus have therefore now located me and advised me I have two parking tickets. They have said they would do me a deal for £250 to pay off both tickets. I’m obviously to blame as I genuinely hadn’t seen the parking ticket machines and also for not updating my log book. I keep receiving letters and I have had one phone call where the staff member was threatening and not professional. Any advice would be appreciated, I’m mindful the general theme appears to be to ignore the letters however it’s causing me anxiety. I also cannot see how they can justify the charge increase it’s completely unreasonable and as I’ve read “an attempt at double recovery”.
    What happened?

I do hope posters like this don't actually think they ever have to pay the likes of Debt Recovery Plus.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
