Easyjet wrongly denied boarding plane to bulgaria and dont admit

I can imaging how stressful this was for them, but I think the question is not "Does Bulgaria require a negative PCR test?" but does "EasyJet require a negative PCR test?"
If EasyJet required a negative PCR test, and told them that they needed a negative PCR test, and they didn't provide one, then I'm not sure you have any case against them. So did EasyJet tell them they needed a negative PCR test? The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1 -
Did they show their proof of vaccination?0

As above two parts to this .One Bulgaria may or may not need a test .Two Easy Jet require a test to board .0

Thanks all for replying.
yes my wife showed proof of double vaccination.
Easyjet never ever asked before that flight and after that flight anybody for negative pcr test prior boarding to Bulgaria.
Fact is they didnt ask for it on 29 july when my wife boarded the flight .only proof of vaccination.
My wife said they (easyjet staf) didnt know exacty whats happening themselfes and had to wait more than an hour for update.
obviously they misinterpret it or it was wrongly translated to them or whatever it was . this is a quote from bulgarian embasy website:The above listed persons arriving from the UK are permitted on the territory of the country presenting a vaccination certificate or for recovering from Covid together with a negative PCR test for COVID-19.
If the said persons do not have a vaccination certificate or for recovery, they are allowed to enter with a negative PCR test, but in this case will have to self-isolate for 10 days.
Exception is made for Bulgarian citizens and persons with permanent, long-term or continuous residence status on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and their family members. They are not required to present any Covid-19 documents but will have to self-isolate for 10 days. If they present only one of a required documents (a vaccination certificate/a certificate for recovering from Covid OR a negative PCR test ) , the quarantine will be waived if they do a PCR test within 24 hours from their entry in the country.
Children under 12 years of age are not required to present any Covid-19 related documents.
Children between 12 and 18 years of age should have a negative PCR test or will have to self-isolate for 10 days. If they present a negative PCR test done no more than 72 hours before the entry , the quarantine will be waived if they do a PCR test within 24 hours from their entry in the country.
IMPORTANT FOR THE AIR CARRIERS:
Bulgarian citizens and their family members as well as the residents and their family members ARE ALLOWED to enter the territory of Bulgaria even if they do not present ANY Covid-19 related documents /tests or vaccination certificates/.
The lack of a Negative PCR test or vaccination certificate for Bulgarian citizens and their family members as well as for residents and their family members should not be used as a reason to deny boarding a plane.

what will be important to see what the rules were on the 27th to see if it was the same and the denial was incorrect.0 -
Nobody was allow to check in . She was there for two hours waiting for them to get updates.
the rules on the 27 th were same as before.there were no changes for Bulgarian passengers.
It was just a misunderstanding from they're side for whatever reason.
Now they just repeat reason for denial not showing negative pcr result. Which is funny because they officially do not require this.
