Free Unlock Codes for Nokia Phones

How do I find a shop which can unlock via a cable? Would it be the mobile phone shop of the original sim card or the shop for the company I want to change to?

I'm really sorry to bother you again- especially after you replied so helpfully and quickly- its just that the codes you gave me didnt seem to work as both times I got 'code error'. I double checked my IMEI number and it says on my 6230 'serial no.356238000077376'. Thankyou for directing me to your instructions- am I having problems because I didn't take out the sim? Its just that when I did it cintinued to say 'insert sim', so it seemed to work only with it in. Sorry to be bothering you again- my network is tesco, do you think you can help?I'm very sorry, hope you're not as baffled as me!I've still got 3 attempts left however!

it may not be locked, but you should have doen it with the sim card out, you should ignore the messgae and enter the code....some of the latest ones need another networks sim card in to unlock them

My friend gave me her old nokia 3220 which was with t mobile, I want to us my 02 payg sim card in this, can you give me the code as it is restricting me from using it. Also when I put the code in does it automatically unblock the phone or do I have to press enter? I'm not too good with mobile phones so please help thanks, Andrea

Please could you help me out. I've had 4 attempts and only have one left. Obviously I am incapable of doing it myself. I have a Nokia 2600 on Virgin PAYG, brand new out of the box. The IMEI number is 356675004711007. Worth a try from the expert. If it all goes wrong, well hey I wont be too fussed at forking out an extra fiver. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
