It will be about a different PCN and if it is about the same claimant and car and car park (just a different date) you need to search the forum for Henderson v Henderson. Discussed to death here!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It also says drp after ECP , so look to be a debt collector letter giving 7 days notice , not an LBC for any claim , be it the one you are defending , or any other subsequent claim. Definitely check out Henderson !1

Well, the time has finally arrived. I have my court case set for a few weeks time. A bit nerve wrecking but I suppose it has to be done now.
Any advice / tips as far for preparations and things to be aware of on the day would be really helpful and greatly appreciated0 -
As it's over 8 months since you last posted on the forum, can you tell us what you've submitted to the court since you sent your Defence?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I haven't submitted anything as I recently had a child, which has made me lose focus of other matters.Umkomaas said:As it's over 8 months since you last posted on the forum, can you tell us what you've submitted to the court since you sent your Defence?
I lost access to my MoneyClaim account which has made it challenging to actively monitor the case, and all correspondence has primarily been via letter. I did submit a Defence - which I shared earlier in thread.
I submitted a Subject Access Request, and while there was some back and forth, I never received information held about me from their DPO.0 -
Is the hearing at a court near you?
If so I guess you also filed a Directions Questionnaire?
You now have a Notice of Allocation from the hearing court which says something like...Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
Might be on the back.
Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.

Copy and adapt, and grab the Excel v Wilkinson case transcript and your own site photos from Google Streetview from the relevant year and show us your draft.
You cannot just rock up to a hearing without filing and serving a WS and evidence beforehand. Defence was never your only job, so tell us your WS deadline please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@KeithP @Coupon-mad
I received a Notice of Trial Date, which is set to go ahead in a few weeks assuming the claimant paid the court trial fee (£123) a couple weeks ago.
My case was allocated to a local county court, but in the effort to reduce total cases it will take place in Central London.
I've read the letter 4 times now, and it says nothing about the Witness statement. I'll look again through my documents, perhaps I missed it in prior info letters, but I haven't received many.
Certainly haven't heard anything from Claimant.0 -
It won't mention the actual words 'Witness Statement' but as I said earlier...
