Do parcelforce take photos on delivery

I ordered an item off ebay last week and it should have arrived on Friday 23rd July via parcelforce. The seller has 100% feedback and im 100% sure theyve sent the item to me. Best thing to do phone your local Parcelforce depot and see if they can give you any GPS data or speak to the driver.

You will automatically lose an eBay case if the tracking is added and shows as delivered but you can appeal with eBay.

Have you checked your address on the eBay order details page is correct?

What was the value of the order?
