Sorry to clarify, just want the maximise possible size within permitted development - I believe its 3sqM (so maybe 1.5m x 2m). Any idea how much this costs? And good companies?0

That's the problem with groundwork, it can soak up a lot of your cash. Once up to DPC it's normally more straight forward. Painters always complain that by the time they arrive on the job all the cash has been spent and they are working to really tight prices.0
