Symbio opening meter reading error

Definitely something was wrong. Today I received the "switch complete" email and that link requested the meter reading for the 26th. Pressed the link and entered reading, only for them to tell me I had a 5 digit meter and to add the leading zero. Didn't even attempt that the last 20 odd times.

Anyway, meter read was accepted no problem. I need to add one for Saturday and hope to do that this evening. Thanks everyone for your input, I was completely stumped by this.
