Amazon still not shipped my item, denying its in stock when it is in stock.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some advice or if anyone has had a similar experience with Amazon.
On the 10th of July I ordered the CoolerMaster COSMOS C700M Computer Case from Amazon EU for £431.26, when placing my order just before purchase the estimated delivery date was the 16th-17th of July but as soon as I ordered it the status of my order was 'Awaiting estimated delivery date'.
I waited a few days to see if the status would change with no prevail; so I then contacted customer service to enquire about the status of my order. The first time I contacted them I was told that it could be a potential stock availability/technical issue, and that they would upgrade my delivery to the fastest postage and let me know by email when my order will dispatch. I waited a few more days and there was no email or status change so I contacted them again; this time I was told that "there might be a possibility that the item might not be available to my nearest fulfillment center" and that its coming from a different one but he then assured me that my delivery would be dispatched within 48-72 hours and it would be shipped to me straight after that, this was on the 18th of July.
In between this time the price of the case had increased from £431.26 to £544.06. In my opinion the way my order has been handled has been influenced by the price increase, I believe that if I had placed my order after the price increase that I would have my order by now.
My third conversation with amazon had to be one of the most frustrating of all, they tried to convince me that the item was out of stock, when it was in stock when I ordered it and it still is in stock. They then asked me if I would like to cancel my order. They then proceeded to tell me that the item was out of stock currently, and it wasn't so I sent them a link to the item showing as in stock, however they did not acknowledge this and said to me that maybe it came in stock, I ordered it, and it went back out of stock. However I know this to not be true. At the end of the back and forth over if the product is in stock or not, they told me that the concern team will contact me in 2-4 hours by email, I never received an email.
I want to say that the link I sent to them was the link directly from my purchase on my orders page, and that its from the same seller, Amazon EU.
So far, this is my last conversation with Amazon; I told them what I had experienced so far, and they proceeded to tell me that the item was out of stock and that they could cancel my order and reorder with another seller, the only other seller on Amazon selling the case I bought is selling it for £879. After me telling them that I didn't want to do this and asking why they aren't sending my parcel, they then sent me 3 links to 3 different cases to the one I ordered, asking if id like one of them instead, even though the item I want is clearly in stock. I then asked them if I could speak to there supervisor. After connecting with them they told me that they are a manager at amazon, they proceeded to read through my previous messages and then told me that the item is out of stock and I will just have to wait as its first come first serve, even though at this point I had placed my order 15 days ago.
I'm not very knowledgeable on consumer rights and I'm unsure if they're breaching mine, I'm unsure of what further action to take as they're denying fact. Does anyone have any advice that they could give me on this situation? Thanks for reading

If they do not have the item in stock then you cannot have it. You assertion that they have it is frankly foolish, they could have been in stock when you started the transaction and sold by the time you completed the transaction.
Either wait or cancel, your choice1 -
I doubt if the UK customer service agents can see the stock availability of items being shipped from the EU warehouses. Search for the item on the country specific sites - France, Germany, Spain, Italy - and you might be able to order it direct, which can also sometimes be cheaper. I've had similar issues with items being shipped late from the EU warehouses, but they've always been sent eventually. As the contract is only formed on dispatch Amazon aren't doing anything wrong as they are giving you the option of cancelling and receiving a refund.0

It's shipping from Amazon Germany but I've just checked and they won't ship it to the UK if ordered direct. It's order via the UK site or source another seller.0

I checked their stock a few days before my purchase, the day of my purchase and following days since and it hasn't shown as out of stock once.0 -

You don't have a right to buy something if the retailer doesn't want to sell it to you.0

Amazon do show as in stock.
But interesting is other retailers show.
End Of Life This product is no longer available to purchase

I can add it to my basket but its a tad over £544. Looks like a pricing error and they are not giving you it.
If you think you have a case (pun intended) then you could buy it for £544 and sue for the difference as loss of bargain. How you sue Amazon is anyone's guess though, and you would instantly lose your account.
