NOWTV Broadband Contract Almost Up Email

Hi

My dad has just recieved an email from NOW TV Broadband. It sounds like they are offering to continue his discounted price for another 12 months which would be great. Usually we have to give them a call or chat. I'm just a little confused as to the optons given (see below). I'm assuming if we do nothing he will get the £17.99 deal for another year

Cheers

Yep, £17.99 a month on a rolling monthly contract at that if anything changes. Ignore the new 'offer', it's just computer generated nonsense.

Keep the email & print it out obviously, just in case.

  • Lol, just got my Sky BB reminder email.

Currently on £28 a month with E&W calls.

3 different options in the email:-

    £38pm, E&W calls, rolling monthly
    £33pm, E&W calls, 18 months
    £28pm, NO calls, 18 months

    Guess I'm switching once again.

Check what they are offering to new customers and if you are paying more ask them to price match, Just did this and got Super Fast Fibre with Anytime calls for £23.
  • thanks for the replies guys!
I thought it seemed a bit odd. Email saved and will keep an eye on the bills on the account.

I'm guessing those quotes are for Ultrafast Plus (500Mb/s), Ultrafast (200Mb/s) and their FTTC (upto 70Mb/s) package.

I had similar today when I was complaining about by connection speed issues I'm having. Once I've had an engineer output to sort my issues I'll be changing too.

I had similar email and was confused.

Am on fab fibre plus free anytime calls at 26.99 mth.

They are offering the same with no contract but a 12 mth contract at £32 mth.  Why would I pay more and be tied in for a year?

Also, I looked at what they are offering on website and it is only £22 for mth but you guessed it ,only for new customers.

The no contract option on website was also cheaper but had an upfront cost of something like £65!!! Would this be every month if it is a rolling contract.
    Am more confused than ever!

I wouldn't mind if they were, they're for Sky Superfast BB and due to our location I'm restricted to circa 43Mbps at that. I'm just about to call them once I've completed another check on prices.

Has anyone reached the end of their NOW Broadband contract yet and seen any price changes?

Like others, I received the same e-mail and thought the offer was a bit odd.
