Three out of contract cancelling
Options
Hi,
This is the second time three has done this to me, first time I just rolled over for them and chose another contract.
However, can a phone company just change your plan to another with less favourable terms when all you want to do is keep going with the same rolling contract?
Martin Lewis said that three's old contracts which I have one, can only go up by the calculated rate of inflation and new contracts go up by 4.5% every April. Therefore I want to keep my unlimited contract with Three.
Can someone help me with this please?

I had the £8 contract with Three (U/L minutes/texts and 12GBdata) which reached its minimum term and they wanted to offer me the same for £12I went on 'live chat' and suggested that I would leave etc and they offered to re-do it for £8 on a 24 month deal.Try that?0

Hi, in the end I have signed my life away for a year's term for the same bargain amount of my original contract, though I know now that I will be charged 4.5% extra in April.Managing well since 2012

Just like you can give 30 days notice and leave the network can give 30 days notice to change the terms, if you don’t agree then you vote with your wallet and go elsewhere.====0
