I've heard of ISS, but I thought they were a facilities management or janitorial services company?1

I got the my email defence in and got the email reply, but got a CCJ notification in the post the following day. Yes ISS should normally be a janitorial company but for whatever reason, they are now enforcing parking penalties at NHS hospitals against staff and patients1
