My current phone keeps telling me I have no storage space, can't take any photos on it now and it keeps saying text storage is full (even though I've deleted them all!). I need a new phone, just for Facebook, checking emails, WhatApp and a half decent camera.J_B said:Could you do the MSE thing and keep your existing phone and go sim only?

I've got a Samsung J3 2017 at the minute. Would exporting it to my computer clear up space on it? I moved my photos to my one drive and SD card but it still says there's no space.Cisco001 said:What phone have you got right now?
You can export your photo to computer. It's probably the amount of RAM that is limiting you. No amount of extra storage will get round that. Can you afford to buy a new phone outright and then just have a SIM contract or PAYG SIM? That's likely to be the best MSE route in the long term.I've done that and never bother to switch on the data, just rely on WiFi at home. Of course, if I was out and about, and wanted to use something like Google Maps, I might need to switch on the data for that, but have managed quite well without it for over a year.
