You can always find a DPO privacy contact address or email, this is covered in the section in the NEWBIES thread about getting a SAR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Hi Everyone,
I just got TWO Letters Before Claim though the post from National Parking Enforcement.
They are saying I can still pay in the next 30 days so it's possible they wont actually take me to court, maybe?
There is also a paragraph about Pre-Action Protocol for debt claims is required and there is a link to: https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/pdf/protocols/debt-pap.pdf
After this it says:
"Failure to provide the information requested in 30 days of the date of this letter could lead to a court claim against you..."
Do I need to fill this document in and send it to them?
I am planning to send them a SAR through https://www.parkingprotection.co.uk/privacy/ as per the newbie thread
Then I will try to contact their solicitors Credit Investigation Service. However last time I emailed them the email server bounced so if anyone has a working email address for them that would help a lot thanks!
I already complained to the hospital where I was parked however they told they could not help me.
Is that everything I should do now? Or should I start to working on my defence and go back to hospital to get some video evidence of the lack of signage ect?
Thanks any help!

You do not need to fill in any forms, just read the NEWBIE sticky second post about what to do upon receipt of a LBC1 -
The NEWBIES thread covers LBC stage snd I mention the Reply Forms there. Please read it again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
