Read advice, still don't know the best course of action

I owe it to you and Redx for the help as well as everyone else being screwed by PPCs. I'll do what I can in August.2

As Coupon-mad said I got a "Scary" "Notice of intention to instruct solicitors to issue summons" letter from TNC this morning.
I get the impression I may receive a LBC in the near future.
My plan it to wait until I do in fact get an LBC and then follow the advice in the newbies post.
I also think it is possible the place I parked didn't actually have a sign on entry explaining the contract so photo evidence of that seems like a good idea.
Is there anything else I can do to prepare for an LBC?
Additionally for what reasons would I lose at court?

IMO there is very little chance of them winning a breach of contract claim in your circumastances Have you complained to PALS and your MP? Have you contacted your local paper? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
No I haven't contacted any of those people you listed.
Other than NHS complaints team for where the parking claim was made.
What would the purpose be in contacting these people? to help raise awareness of the scummy practices PCNs use?0 -

Since my last post I have received two more debt collectors letters from a different company, Credit Investigation Services titled "Risk Of Legal Action". I don't think this is an LBC so there is no problem there however it is still addressed to my old address.
When I first received a fine from NPE I was living with my parents and have since moved with them once and then moved out to my own flat. While there is currently mail forwarding meaning my parents are receiving the letters I have been unable to contact either CIS or NPE to update my address via email. My concern is that if I do eventually get a LBC it won't be delivered quickly to my address.
Is there anyway I can update my details with these companies? I have a burner sim card I could use in case calling them is necessary.
Thanks for any help!0
