Cant I ring the 0121 820 number BT Voice ,The number has not been recognized

We tried the numbers below and the same, can ring on my mobile but not on the landline.
Contact – Access Housing & Suypport 0121 820 0087
We can ring any other lines as normal but not the BT Voice lines.
There is a openreach engineer booked for tomorrow 28th July but i doubt its our line connection seems like a NOWTV/sky internal routing problem to me.
Anyone come across this

If all those 0121820 all return the same ‘number not recognised’ , then how do you know they are all like your friends on the 0121820 number , and are ‘ digital voice’ customers, they may not even be ‘BT’ customers …it’s more likely that Now / Sky have a general routing issue to the number range 0121820 , but as you suspect , it’s pointless your provider sending out an Openreach engineer …you probably need to call your provider and advise them ( again ) that the problem must be within the Sky voice network0

I've tried 3 times talking to different call operators and as far they are concerned it must be a fault so they will send out an engineer, I suspect it will just get escalated.
But yeh I presume the 820 number is bt voice only because its a number that covers the whole of Birmingham etc as you usually get local area codes ie 0121-352/356/357/360 etc.0 -
It appears that this is something to do with the VOIP integration either in Now Tv's hardware or some code that hasn't been implemented to allow calls to VOIP lines with the 0121-820 area code from a nowtv line to the Bt VOIP lines.
I have a relative who has recently had sky fitted and they can ring 820 numbers fine so it must be something NowTv hasn't implemented on there side.
Nowtv is a subsidiary of skyuk
The Openreach engineer has confirmed the problem is nothing to do with the line or the equipment in the exchange and has escalated it back to nowtv
I can only presume quite a few NowTV phone/BB customers in birmingham have the same fault and they would only realize it if they phoned someone with that area code.
Hopefully this will get passed on to someone higher up and get it fixed.
And I am hoping that someone with some knowledge from NOWTV or SKY reads this post.
