Coupon-mad - No, I have not received a proper LBC from DCB Legal. I have received only the latter "debt crawlers letter"
. I did find your description somewhat amusing, if not also accurate. Today's post has been and gone and therefore I believe I have timed this one out, a first for me. Tomorrow is 03 Aug, from whence I believe the matter cannot be pursued through the courts, as the LBC would have to have been served on me before that date? Correct? 1
