Tracing an old Isa

A relative in France has discovered an old ISA which they would like to track down , a Pearl Mini Isa bonus account taken out with Pearl.co.uk. Can anyone advise what has happened to this company, judging by address similarities they may have become Phoenix life. Any help appreciated

Pearl was the first company that Phoenix bought. They still operate out of the old Pearl Centre in Lynchwood Peterborough.
