Debt collection search

There is nothing listed in my hard searches  but it says above on things to note 

" you've had a debt collection search at your current address in the last 24 months"

The CRA`s love to post little messages of that nature, they are mostly generic, but are sometimes relevant, however they are a automatic response with little or no meaning.
