I agree and experienced this. Randox screwed A LOT of people over with their Day 5 testing. I believe it's still happening.

Your Day 5 has to be sent separately to your Day 2 & Day 8 as it cannot arrive during Day 4. People were getting their Day 5's on Day 9. By the time you take the test and actually get the results it's evening time the following day and people were already out of quarantine by then. I forced them to let me collect a test from an airport on Day 5.

Therefore, I cannot recommend highly enough to take an on the day test even if it is more.

Hi we did the home delivery drop off with Randox for day 2 & 5 but opted to visit a test centre for day 5.  We did the day 5 test at 10.30am and had the results by 7.30 pm so got out later the same day.  The only thing to watch out for if someone else on the plane tests positive then it may be necessary to isolate for the full 10 days.  Apparently the whole plane has to isolate.

Yes, we're aware it has the potential to go wrong. Also, if she tests positive on day 2 then she's isolating and can't take the day 5 we've already paid for either. Was best we could come up with in the hope that she can take the exam. Their flights were changed 3 times, so had 4 different dates. Ironically she could have had the exam the week she was originally  due to go away, so had to say No, and by the time that flight was cancelled she couldn't be slotted back in!

We had to fly some employees  back from Greece a few months ago ,they also needed a PCR  test in Greece before they could fly back .As well  as the day 5 she will also have to so day 2 and 8 tests even if day 5 is negative
Our employees  had problems boarding flight because the gate staff didn't understand  why they had 3 different  codes for the tests booked back here
Vuja De - the feeling you'll be here later

We have paid for her to go to an approved testing centre to get the day 5 test done, so to get the test result back quicker rather than put in the post and wait for the update, which indeed would be touch and go for her to take the exam.
Hopefully you researched your choice of tester... some will just be batching them up during the day and then post them off to the lab in the evening
We had our employees  attend  an in person test  they results were back the next day
One test we paid to get in couriered and the result was back late the same evening

I'm aware. The tests in Greece have already been done and the results back as they fly home soon. The day 2 and 8 test were  ordered (and arrived before they went) as the needed the info from the day 2 to put on their PLF to fly home. I know she still has to take a day 8 test, regardless of taking a day 5 one.

What info from the day 2 did they need ? we are not due to receive our day 2 test kits till we return home.

The reference number that you were given when you purchased the tests.
