Doesn't really matter whether anyone else is having problems - what counts is that you are experiencing problems, and it appears to be problems with both banks. File formal complaints with both of them. You don't need to tell either of them about your complaint with the other party.curl_girl said:Annoyed that I've not received correspondence from either parties.
Is anyone else having problems still?2 -

What are you expecting him/them to do? This is entirely on Tesco Bank, who seem to prefer to give out £50 notes than get some extra capacity in. Put a complaint in and keep trying.curl_girl said:Was hoping for a Money Saving Expert update but nothing since 6th August.
Can Martin Lewis help please?

Correct, it's also cheaper than having the complaint referred to the FOS.molerat said:

What's the correct method to do that? If it's phone , I'll probably end up on hold for most of the day.WillPS said:

The correct method is to raise a formal complaint, which you can do by phone, post or online https://www.tescobank.com/help/complaints/4

I got an answer from Tesco after three rings when I phoned as soon as lines opened.1

My query was not about the switch process. It was not being able to access my accounts. Customer service were efficient at sorting it out.1
