Credit Style chasing Tonik energy debt?

Hi,
I don't know if there will be anything that can done about this, but if there is any advice that could be given would be greatly appreciated.
I switched over to UW in April last year from tonik energy and there were some difficulties due to my smart meter not working correctly. I never got a final bill from tonik but was owed some credit and was paid some money back in seperate payments. Tonik have since gone into administration last October, but now I have a debt collection agency "credit style" trying to chase me for money owed to tonik energy. It started with phone calls which I let go to answerphone and just got half an automated message on the voicemail which I just ignored as seemed like spam. I have since received a letter on Saturday saying I owe £274 and I will receive an invoice to my email address on record (not received yet) and today a text message asking me to call them urgently. I have looked up credit style and from reviews they do not seem like a very reputable company so I am hesitant to try and contact them, unless I get an actual invoice showing what/why I owe them money.

Has anyone had anything similar or could give any advice would be gratefully accepted!

Thanks
