Then I’m all good
Here are the terms and conditions you agreed to (it's unlikely they have changed since you agreed to them) : https://www.purplebricks.co.uk/terms/service-agreement/#0
Those terms and conditions include this:IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
It is a condition of Pay Later that you agree to instruct the Conveyancing Services to act on your behalf once a sale is agreed with a purchaser...Maybe you didn't read the terms and conditions properly, but like I say, that isn't a defence.

It is up tom you to prove to Purplebricks that you did not sign up to that agreement.
Even if everybody here agreed with you it would count for nothing.
Purplebricks don't care what we think.0 -
From the information that is available to the people on here you have two options.
A ) Pay the amount that is due, as per the contract to which you agreed when you listed the property.
B ) Continue to be belligerent, refuse to pay and likely face enforcement action which will increase the amount you have to pay and which might become particularly troublesome should the legal action commence in time to impact an ongoing house purchase.
Both options will involve you having to pay the base £360, one of them just results in potentially more cost, with other consequences as well.0 -
OP sounds like they could argue with themselves in an empty room from the replies - I think you're all wasting your time.
Good luck OP, but I think you just need to suck it up and pay. It's pretty clear from what's been posted that the fee is due.0
