My point is that they will be paid once house sold. I will declare the Agents fee on my Conveyors Completion Statement, but if I didn’t declare it they would take this money from my credit card as they have my details.0 -

I did not agree to take advantage of the conveyancing service. They phone you and give you a quote. You can then accept or decline. I decline. Had I accepted I would not be posting on here.0 -
I didn’t agree.0

“You agreed to take advantage of the Conveyancing Services when you first told Purplebricks to advertise your house.“
I disagree.0 -
Also its obvious I didn’t agree because it says
”If at any time you have agreed to take advantage of the Conveyancing Services and thereafter withdraw, fail or refuse to use the Conveyancing Services you will be required to pay Administration Charges once you agree a sale of your property”
IF being the key word here.0 -

I disagree.
Why do you disagree?
Unfortunately, just saying "I disagree" doesn't change any facts.mogoi said:

"IF" you opted to pay later - you agreed to use the conveyancing service,
"IF" you opted to pay now - you didn't agree to use the conveyancing service.0 -
If you can show me where I “agreed to take advantage of the Conveyancing Services when I first told Purplebricks to advertise my house”
Then I’m all good0
