I, the registered keeper of this vehicle, received a letter dated 13/05/2021 acting as a notice to the registered keeper. My appeal to the Operator – Euro Car Parks – was submitted and acknowledged by the Operator on 18/06/2021 and rejected via email dated 01/07/2021. I contend that I, as the keeper, am not liable for the alleged parking charge and wish to appeal against it on the following grounds:

and remove number 8 (pointless) then save it as a PDF and get it uploaded under OTHER before midnight.  Don't try to tick any different boxes, just OTHER and then put your details in but they don't need your phone number and you are not appealing on behalf of anyone.  Make sure you do the final submit once you are sure the little 'bin' icon has appeared with your uploaded PDF.  You have to select it from your files and then upload it until a little icon appears. 

Crap system.  Crack on with it!

One obvious observation  -  the BPA Code of Practice V8 should be quoted as per post by Redx dated 28th July. The Grace Period and other paras/points therefore are not as stated in the above appeal.

Thank you so much to all of you who have helped!! I didn't get the chance to update the CoP as the BPA website didn't work that night! Typical! I ended up submitting what I had literally at midnight. I just thought I'd quickly log in to see if there's been an update and it says the following:

Operator Information and Evidence - Withdrawn

Appeal has been withdrawn by the operator

Withdrawn on 05/08/2021

Withdrawal reasons 

Cancelled after further consideration.

Please do a full and robust response by email to the MHCLG, attaching evidence of what happened to you and what you think is wrong about £100 charges and fake debt recovery ‘fees’ that no PPC actually incurs or pays. It is shocking that the Government seems not to realise what they are doing.

Hope you’ve seen all the threads discussing that?!

We also need people to contact their MP to ask questions about why the MHCLG appear to have reneged on their March promise to cap parking charges, and why instead they propose to fund the race to court at £70 a time from victims
