What was your first credit card limit and what is it now?

Barclaycard whilst at University (1995 ish); £750 limit I think.
Can't remember the first increase, I never really used it until after I graduated, limit went up to £12,000 over a number of years - then back down last year to £3,500
I only ever use it now when I can't pay via Amex. Paid in full.0 -
First card was with RBS bit 90s with circa £1,250 limit as a student cardCannot remember any increases particularly but got to circa £3,500 before I closed it.0

First card was from Capital One with a £250 limit, increased to £450 about 9 months later and has been there for the last 3 years. I've since applied and been accepted for other cards with much better limits and interest rates but I still keep it open as it's my oldest account.0

Why Tina? I'll join the irrelevance though!Barclaycard, around £20 if I remember. It was some time ago.Now I'm fortunate to have a limit of £10trillion and spent the lot on shiny trinkets!0
