Why not make a note of which apps/programs you are actually using then make sure you have the installers/licences available for those apps? That way you can do a clean install and only reinstall the apps you actually need rather than bloating your system with stuff you never use?

That's my take on it too, although I've never used Macrium Reflect

You will need to re-install all of your  programs if you do a fresh install, no hardship and you can get rid of all the accumulated crud from your pc
