No. You had 6 months from your initial rejection.
Or are you talking about different accounts?0 -
You complain about misold products. You don’t claim.0

The same bank account, but I had the top account which I claimed for In 2016, then they persuaded me by mis selling again, the one up from the basic account, years later.Deleted_User said:No. You had 6 months from your initial rejection.

Do you mean you had an all the bells and whistles packaged bank account (where you paid a fee) up to 2016 when you complained it was miss sold, the bank formally rejected your complaint with reasons and rather than going to the Ombudsman at that time you decided to downgrade the account to a lower cost one which offered some but reduced benefits, which you then complained about recently?
If so what complaint reasons did you give on each occasion and what reasons have the bank given for not upholding your complaint on each occasion.0 -
The 2016 complaint i dead in the water as you are way past the 6 month referral date.jadex91 said:

It would be hard to see how you could succeed with a new complaint as your 2016 complaint makes it clear you knew that having a PBA was optional. Plus, the sale in PBAs in the last decade are much improved from an audit trail point of view.

No I had the money back from the first claim. Then I went to a classic account for no charge, then was persuaded to get the next one up which they’ve rejectedNearlyold said:Do you mean you had an all the bells and whistles packaged bank account (where you paid a fee) up to 2016 when you complained it was miss sold, the bank formally rejected your complaint with reasons and rather than going to the Ombudsman at that time you decided to downgrade the account to a lower cost one which offered some but reduced benefits, which you then complained about recently?

That sounds about right. You knew you didn't need to accept any account you didn't want, but chose to have it.jadex91 said:
