    Excel and VCS's admininstration is really poor. They are often claiming that they don't receive defences and blame the defendant. They have also sent communications to the wrong people. 

    Good to see them having a spanking.

    Regarding the IAS it is a very bruising experience. I said in my defence that I had followed the appeal's procedure but did not specify that I had appealed to the PPC and the IAS and no one asked.

    This is a BIG RED WARNING CARD for VCS / SRS and any other parking company who practice harassment ?

    It could easily happen again ... at any time

    WOW, that was a hell of a read.  Mr Tate did himself no favours

    What are the DVLA going to do. ..... a data breach that led to harassment, total incompetence by VCS could well mean this is not the first time ???

    What an !!!!!! the law is.   £1500 for thst sort of hassle is pernuts.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
